Parking Lot Maintenance FAQ

• How long does the paint take to dry?
  The paint usually takes about 5 minutes to dry because it had so much paint dryers in it. However, when we are painting white stop bars, the longer we can leave it dry the better. We have a lot of cones to barricade wet painted areas and have guys directing traffic.
• How long does the asphalt sealer take to dry?
  Once the asphalt is sealed, we will put cones to barricade the area. We usually suggest 24 hours before driving on it but it is ok to drive on after 4 hours if needed!
• How long do we have to stay off our freshly paved driveway?
  We recommend to stay off it for a week. It will harden up within 24 hours but it is better to stay off it in case someone turns their car tires and can leave a groove.
• Do we heat up asphalt sealer?
  No, the asphalt sealer we use is oil base made with the same asphalt products as in hot asphalt to keep your asphalt oiled and it comes in liquid. The crack sealer is what we heat up to 400 degrees and it's a kennel just like roof tar.
• How does Joel's paint straight lines?
  With Joel having 15 years of experience he can paint straight lines. We have state of the art machines and the front wheels lock into place to go straight for miles. It is not as easy as said. Joel always makes sure that his employees are well trained into painting the straightest lines possible.
• Do we offer a warranty on our lines?
  Yes, we offer a one year warranty on our work because we want return customers.
